This course explores the transformative role of digital technologies in reshaping economies, societies, and politics under the logic of capitalism. Students will critically examine how digital capitalism impacts labor, governance, culture, and the environment. Through lectures, case studies, and debates, the course addresses key questions: Who are the actors driving digital capitalism, and what are their ideologies? How does digital capitalism deepen global inequalities or foster new forms of resistance? What challenges does it pose for democracy, regulation, and the planet?
